November Lunch & Learn: Student Privacy and Safety
Telling our school's stories while protecting children's identities. The stories we share online and in public places celebrate our students and the important work we do as educators. They also carry a responsibility to protect the children in our care. The potential for AI to misuse and abuse student photos and video demands that we re-examine what we share publicly.
Join us on November 17 at noon for our next MSPRA Lunch and Learn. Siobhan Marks, Communications & Marketing Director at Indian Community School in Franklin, Wisconsin will be our guest speaker. Her presentation explores the risks of posting student images online and practical ways to tell our school's stories while protecting children's identities. There is no cost for this virtual event but registration is required.
A video link will be sent to all registrants. Date: November 17, 2026
