Registration Now Open for MSPRA's Annual Conference
Beyond the BAYsics: Connecting Our Communities will take place March 5-6, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City-Riverfront. This year’s annual conference brings together school communication professionals for two days of learning, connection and practical takeaways.
Thursday’s opening keynote speaker, Kelly Wachel, APR, NSPRA president, will focus on the vital role school communicators play in public education. Later that day, Dr. Shawn Bishop, MASA deputy executive director, will lead a nationally recognized general session on artificial intelligence.
On Friday, Cindy Warner, APR, NSPRA’s 2025 School Communicator of the Year, will present a keynote on the value of networking and mentor-mentee relationships. The conference will close with John Shelton, vice president of marketing and sales for Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth, who will share insights on marketing and enhancing the guest experience.
